Fieldays is the largest agricultural event in the Southern Hemisphere and ranks among the top five outdoor exhibitions of its type worldwide. Held annually at Mystery Creek Events Centre near Hamilton, it showcases the full spectrum of New Zealand primary industries – from dairy, meat, and horticulture to artisan food, beverages, and agritech innovation.
